When you submit a listing:

• Your listing — display name, handle, tagline, link, category, city, and the photograph you upload. All of this is public by design; that is the point of the board.
• Your email address — for your receipt and to contact you about your listing. This is never shown publicly. The queries that build the board select an explicit list of columns that excludes it.
• Payment records— the amount, the time, and the processor's reference for each bid.

We never receive your card number, expiry or security code. Those go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers.

To publish your listing and rank it, which is the service you asked for and paid for. To send you receipts and contact you about your listing. To keep records of payments, which we are required to retain. To detect and prevent abuse of the board.

Only the processors that run the service: our payment processor (payments and receipts), our database and file hosting provider (your listing and photograph), and our application hosting provider (serving the site). Each acts on our instructions.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Your listing and photograph stay for as long as the listing is on the board. If it is removed, the listing stops being public immediately; we retain the payment record afterwards because financial records have to be kept.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [not yet configured] and we will respond.

Deleting your listing removes it from the board. We cannot delete the underlying payment records within the retention period, and removal does not refund what you spent.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, to request portability, or to complain to your data protection regulator.

The board itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our payment processor sets its own cookies on its hosted checkout page, which is outside this site and governed by that processor's privacy policy.
