Who you're dealing with

Rankd is operated by [not yet configured], [not yet configured]. Questions about these terms go to [not yet configured].

By submitting a listing or paying a bid you agree to these terms, to our content rules, and to our refund policy.

What you're buying

You are buying a ranked position on a public directory. Rank is determined by one thing: the total amount you have spent on your listing. Bids stack — each payment adds to your lifetime total rather than replacing it. Where equal totals meet, the listing that reached that total first ranks higher.

Bids are $2 minimum, whole US dollars, and $10,000 maximum per transaction. Your position goes live when payment clears and does not expire.

You are not buying endorsement, representation, verification, or an introduction to anyone. We do not vet, employ, represent or screen the people listed. We make no promise about traffic, enquiries, bookings, or any commercial outcome. A higher rank means more was spent, and nothing else.

Eligibility and what you promise us

By submitting a listing you confirm that:

  • You are 18 or over.
  • The listing is of you, or of someone who has given you explicit permission to list them — an agency listing its own roster, for example.
  • You own or have licensed the photograph you upload, and publishing it here infringes nobody's rights.
  • The photograph would be permitted on a mainstream social platform — swimwear and lingerie are fine, nudity and sexually explicit content are not — and the listing complies with our content rules.
  • The information you give us is accurate.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the photograph and listing details you submit, for as long as the listing is on the board, for the purpose of running and promoting the board.

Removal

We may remove any listing that breaks these terms or our content rules, that we are asked to remove by the person depicted, or that we reasonably believe exposes us to legal or payment-processing risk. Removal does not entitle you to a refund; see the refund policy.

If you are depicted in a listing you did not consent to, email [not yet configured] and we will remove it.

You can ask us to remove your own listing at any time. Removing it does not refund what you spent, and it does not reserve your position.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never receive or store your card details. Your position updates only when the processor confirms the payment to us; a completed checkout that we have not yet been notified about will appear shortly afterwards.

Initiating a chargeback rather than contacting us first may result in your listing being removed and your access to the board ending.

Limits on our liability

The board is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or lost opportunity arising from your use of the board. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the board after a change means you accept it. Changes are not retroactive — a bid already placed is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of [not yet configured].
