The short version
Bids are final. A paid bid is not refundable, and it does not expire.
Rank is a live auction. Your money buys a position that is immediately visible and that other people then bid against. Unwinding a bid after the fact would reshuffle everyone who has bid since, so bids are one-way by design. Bid what you mean to spend.
What we do refund
We will refund in full when:
- You were charged more than once for the same bid, or charged twice through a technical fault.
- Payment cleared but your position never went live and we cannot correct it.
- You were charged for a listing you did not submit — tell us immediately and we will refund and remove it.
Email [not yet configured] with the date and amount. We aim to respond within three business days.
What we don't refund
- Being outbid. Someone spending more than you is the board working as described.
- Changing your mind, or deciding the position wasn't worth what you paid.
- Not receiving the enquiries, traffic or bookings you hoped for. We sell a ranked position and make no promise about outcomes — see the terms.
- Removal for breaking the content rules. If your listing comes down for a rule violation, what you spent is forfeit.
- Removing your own listing.
Refunds and your position
Where we refund a bid, the refunded amount comes off your board total and your rank is recalculated accordingly. A refund cannot leave you holding a position you did not pay for. Bids you keep are unaffected — if you were charged twice, only the duplicate comes off.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, email us first — we would rather fix it. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in your listing being removed and your access to the board ending, and it does not resolve the underlying problem any faster.
